Availability / Tariff

Subject to availability, bookings for short breaks are welcome. We are completely flexible on arrival dates. We know some guests prefer to avoid travelling at weekends so we are happy to accommodate midweek arrivals.

All prices include towels, linen, electricity and central heating when applicable.

All bookings are confirmed by a payment of a £50 deposit, (cheque made payable to D. Steel) or via BACS, the balance to be paid a month before arrival date.

Wholefood Continental Breakfast can be provided for Kites’ Nest visitors at an additional charge of £11.95 per person.

Weekly/Nightly Rates 2026

  • Peak Season - (April - October)
    £90 p.n / £600 p.w.
  • Low Season - (November - March)
    £75 p.n. / £500 p.w.
Christmas/New Year 2026/2027 (21st December 2026 - January 4th 2027) £80 p.n. (No weekly reduction)
Fuel surcharge during the Low Season: £30 per week/part-week
